Conditions/Cancellations

Cancellation
fees will be applied to ALL reservations by TATS and TATS will
also apply any cancellation fees levied by the suppliers.
PLEASE NOTE - Most airline tickets are non refundable after
issuance. |
| Insurance |
Due
to the restrictions placed on these specially discounted products
TATS urges all travellers to have adequate insurance to cover
any costs incurred before and during travel. TATS will not be
held responsible for any charges incurred. |
| Liability
& Responsibility |
TATS
(NZ) Ltd do not provide or assist in the provision of any
of the services or facilities described in the web site but
acts only as the booking and payment agent of the provider of
services (The Supplier). The provision of the services is upon
the terms and conditions of the Supplier. TATS (NZ) Ltd shall
not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, injury or expense,
delay, inconvenience, sustained or occasioned from the provision
of any service provided.
This includes (but is not
limited to) loss, damage, or loss of enjoyment which arises
directly or indirectly from act of God, weather disruptions,
dangers incidental to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or
equipment, acts of Government or authorities whether legitimate
or not, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, acts of
terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts, riots, deaths,
pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or medical customs or
immigration or emigration regulations. |
| No
shows/Late Cancellations |
If
clients fail to arrive or cancel their accommodation at least
one nights tariff will be levied. |
| Refunds |
Will
be processed in accordance with the conditions of individual
packages and will not be made until such time as TATS has received
appropriate refund from the Supplier. |
Price/currency
fluctuations |
All
costs shown are subject to currency fluctuations and/or other
changes as may be amended by The Suppliers from time to time.

You must be employed within
the travel industry when making your booking, throughout your
travel and still employed upon your return. |
