QBE MULTI TRIP TRAVEL INSURANCE

The TATS Multi-Trip policy is available to TATS Members and their nominated partner (spouse, defacto, boyfriend/girlfriend) and children under 21yrs.

POLICY OPTIONS
Our TATS Multi-Trip Insurance is available in two options to suit your unique travel needs:

 Six Month Multi Trip         $150 per adult
Twelve Month Multi Trip    $220 per adult
Policy covers an unlimited number of trips over the nominated 6 or 12 month period,
however the maximum duration of any individual journey outside of NZ is 60 days.

CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply:

	policy covers your dependent children under 21yrs provided they are travelling with you at all times.  All names must appear on the Certificate of Insurance for cover to apply. The partner and/or dependent children are not covered under this policy if they travel independently of the Industry Employee.
	Policy covers an unlimited number of trips over the nominated 6 or 12 month period, however the maximum duration of any individual journey outside of NZ is 60 days.
	There is no cover for domestic travel.
	There is no cover for any traveller aged 65 years or over.
	Existing Medical Conditions - refer to the policy document for the list of conditions covered free of charge. To apply for cover of any other condition/s you must complete a Preliminary Medical Appraisal Form and submit to QBE for assessment.  Upon approval the fee will be $40.
	Any changes in health of any of the insured's must be notified to QBE Insurance, who may impose special terms and conditions.
	Specified item cover available for Cameras, Video Cameras and PC"s over NZ$2500 and other items over NZ$1500 calculated at 2% of the items total value. Maximum limit any one item is NZ$7,500, overall maximum of all specified items is $10,000
	Policy does not cover any form of snow sports unless the snow sports option is included ($25 per adult). Snow sports option cover skiing/snowboarding within the boundaries of a commercially licensed ski field only.
	Excess is $100 for each and every claim.
	Subload Travel is covered to a maximum of NZ$500 per event.
	The policy is non-refundable past the 21-day money back guarantee period.
	The policy does not provide cover while on Duty Travel.
	The insurance is only available to TATS Members and their nominated partners (e.g. spouse, defacto, boyfriend, girlfriend) that are permanent Residents of New Zealand provided your TATS membership remains valid for the duration of this policy, If your membership with TATS lapses, or you are no longer eligible for TATS Membership, this policy becomes null and void. There is no refund available other than the initial Money Back Guarantee period (see the Money Back Guarantee section for further details).

65+ Years & Children 21+Years 
Please contact TATS directly for a quote if you are over 64yrs of age or if the child(ren) travelling with you are 21yrs or older.  Please note the TATS Multi-Travel Insurance policies are not applicable for 65yrs+ or for 21yrs+. Quotes will be based on normal retail level policies for the duration of the individual trip requiring cover. Where possible we will offer a discount on these policies.
