Eligibility:
*Air
New Zealand Employees:
Available to eligible employees of Air New Zealand who have at
least 6 months service, their registered nominee and registered
dependent children under 22yrs of age, their parents, and
eligible retired employees and their registered nominee.
Eligible persons can travel without the employee. Note from the
time they are 16 until their 22nd birthday, natural and adopted
children of staff can use staff travel only if they are
predominantly dependent on the staff member.
*Non Air New Zealand Staff:
Available to currently employed full time staff, with at least 12 mths service,
of authorised airlines, authorised inbound tour operators, IATA
accredited travel agents and IATA freight forwarders. A maximum
of one companion may accompany eligible employee – one of
either spouse/partner, child or parent. The companion must accompany
staff member throughout the itinerary in the same class of service.

Bookings
for Air NZ Employees have to be made no earlier than 60 days
prior to departure and no later than 7 working days prior
to departure. |

for all other eligible passengers have to be made no earlier
than 28 days prior to departure and no later than 7 working
days prior to departure. |

There
are no minimum or maximum stay restrictions. |

Capacity limitations apply and these fares may not be
available on all services. |

Children/Infants - no further discounts apply. |

Airpoints Dollars Accrual & Upgrades are not permitted on
these fares. |

Companion can ONLY be as per stated above. |

Companion must accompany eligible industry employee on all
flights on all sectors. Companion can NOT have these fares
if the industry employee is not flying with them on ALL
sectors. |

Reservation Changes - Changes permitted subject to same
class availability.
Before ticketing $25 amendment fee applies.
After ticketing: $45 per person amendment fee applies. |

Cancellations once tickets requested - Before the day of
departure forfeit 25% of the fare + TATS Cancellation Fees
of $50 per person. On the day of departure or after
departure no refund. |

No Show - No refund. |

NZ7000 series flights not permitted. |

Reissue Fees for incorrect name (must be supplied as per
passport) - $50 per ticket |
